These terms apply to the customer-service SMS program operated by ALLURE PARTY RENTALS LLC, doing business as Allure Party Rentals.

What we text about

With your permission, we send and respond to messages about rental inquiries, quotes, reservations, order details, delivery, and pickup. This program is for rental-related customer communication, not promotional or bulk marketing campaigns.

How to opt in

You can agree to rental-related texts during a phone or in-person conversation with our team, or initiate a text conversation with us. We request permission before sending outbound rental-related texts. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in promotional messages. Consent to texting is not a condition of purchasing or renting; you can contact us by phone or email instead.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your questions and rental arrangements. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about its charges.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages from this SMS program unless you opt in again. To resume texts, contact our team to provide fresh consent.

The customer must explicitly agree. Staff record the customer name, mobile number, consent date, whether the conversation was by phone or in person, the agreement, and staff name in the customer or rental record. If a customer declines, we communicate by phone or email. A phone number alone is not consent. Opt-out requests are recorded, and fresh consent is obtained before resuming texts.
